Refund & Replacement Policy

At KungulApproved, we stand behind the quality of the products we curate and offer. The following policy outlines the conditions under which products may be returned or replaced.
1. Eligibility for Return or Replacement
The customer has the right to request a return or replacement only in cases where the product is defective or presents a manufacturing fault.
Such a request must be made within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date the ordered products are delivered to the customer.
2. Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return or replacement, the product must:
- Be returned to the address specified by KungulApproved
- Be in its original packaging and original condition
- Be unused, undamaged, and unaltered
- Be accompanied by all accessories, if applicable
- Include proof of purchase (electronic invoice or order confirmation)
Products that are used, damaged, incomplete, soiled, or not returned in their original packaging will not be accepted.
3. Return Address
All approved returns must be sent to the following address:

4. Replacement Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected, and if it meets the above conditions, KungulApproved will proceed with sending a replacement product.
The costs related to the replacement and reshipment of a defective product are fully covered by KungulApproved.
5. Exclusions
Refunds or replacements will not be granted in cases where:
- The product has been damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear
- The defect results from factors unrelated to manufacturing or production
- The return request is made after the 14-day period
